Coucou&Co's team are there to serve you from Monday to Saturday, from 8 am at 9 pm.
Access is done independently with a mobile application or with a digital lock. All the information are sent per email before the arrival. It is important to arrive during reception hours so that we can assist you with any questions.
In the event of a problem, Coucou&Co is at your disposal on +41 21 588 02 14 from 8 am to 9 pm, Monday to Saturday.
Arrival is between 4 pm and 9 pm. Apartments must be vacated before 11 am the day of departure.
Smoking is prohibited inside accommodation, common areas and covered balconies.

Final cleaning is included in the price of your rental. We request that the apartment be left in the condition in which you found it.
For any stay of more than a week, intermediate cleaning is offered. From two weeks, a cleaning weekly is organized by us. Linen is changed at each cleaning.

Our kitchens are all equipped for cooking. Depending on the apartment range, the equipment changes. All the information are available in the announcement.
We do not have baby beds. Some flats have a sofa bed, where adults or children can sleep. This information is given in the advert.
All Nonanteneuf aparthotels provide you with a shared laundry room and for some of them them charging systems for electric cars.
Payment for your reservation is made by credit/debit card. An invoice can be sent to you on request. For companies booking on a recurring basis, payment by invoice is possible.
A deposit is required for all reservations. This is a bank card imprint. Your card Bank account is not debited upon reservation.

In the French-speaking part of Switzerland, certain expressions are specific to the region. As are the accents, which vary from canton to canton. Nonanteneuf means 99 or ninety-nine.
Our apartment-hotel concept was imagined in French-speaking Switzerland, and we wanted to give it a name that was characteristic of the region. Nonanteneuf was the perfect word for it, in addition to the fact that there are ninety-nine good reasons to stay with us!
