The following cancellation policy applies to bookings made directly with Coucou&Co and the booking.coucounco.ch and www.nonanteneuf-hotel.ch platforms. If you have booked via another platform, please consult their own cancellation conditions.Cancellation policy
Cancellation of a booking may be necessary for a variety of reasons, including a change in circumstances or an emergency. The present cancellation conditions are intended to clarify the steps to be taken, the deadlines to be respected, and any charges to be expected when cancelling our services.
We encourage you to read these conditions carefully so that you understand your cancellation rights and responsibilities. Our goal is to provide you with an excellent customer experience, and these conditions are an integral part of that commitment. If you have any questions or concerns, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
The type of cancellation conditions is available on the page of the accommodation booked or can be consulted by contacting our customer service.
Grace period
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge* within 4 hours of booking confirmation, unless otherwise specified during the booking process.
Cancellation fees
Cancellations made after the cancellation period will be subject to a cancellation fee. Moderate cancellation charges may apply depending on the type of accommodation:
For bookings made with a moderate cancellation clause, any cancellation made 5 days before the arrival date will be fully refunded*. After this date, no refund will be made.
In addition, the following elements apply:
- To be eligible for a free or partial refund, the cancellation request must be received before 4:00 p.m. (the default arrival time).
- For all cancellations, a refund of the cleaning fee and tourist tax can be requested from booking@coucounco.ch if no costs have been incurred.
Non-payment of deposit, balance or deposit or non-transmission of a copy of all the tenant's identity papers
In the event of non-payment of the deposit, the balance or the deposit within the period specified in the reminder e-mail, Coucou&Co reserves the right to cancel the reservation without delay, while applying the cancellation fees mentioned above.
No-show
Coucou&Co reserves the right to cancel the booking in the event of a no-show at the accommodation booked, while applying the cancellation charges mentioned above.
